Becoming a Love Island addict again this summer made me realise how old I actually look, so I was on the hunt to find the best foods to slow down aging. The contents of this yummy vegan friendly smoothie recipe have been referred to as “anti-aging friendly foods” so I thought “I am having some of that“!!! And I have mixed them all together and created the ultimate concoction with the hope I look like a 20 year old again!!

Total Time: 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach (I get the frozen balls from Morrisons)
- ½ ripe avocado, pitted
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of whole almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Place the spinach and almond milk in the blender first, blend until smooth, then add the almonds, blend again then add the rest ingredients in to your blender. Blend until smooth.
*** FOR BEST RESULTS ADD A FROZEN ITEM TO MAKE ICE COLD***
