I am an independent property consultant working under the Keller Williams umbrella. Unlike high street agents, my clients pay my salary, therefore I only get paid when I provide exceptional service to my clients. To guarantee the highest degree of customer service I only work with up to 5 active listings. That gives me the advantage to dedicate as much time as needed to each of my clients.

I predominantly work in Leeds and Huddersfield, but being a part of the KW family enables me to recommend and cooperate with a trusted agent practically anywhere.

Are you selling?

Acting as an estate agent, I will devise a marketing plan suitable to the criteria of your home and target a specific audience to laser focus on potential buyers. I don’t wait for my phone to ring – I proactively market your property in your local area and online through targeted ads to find potential buyers, who are not yet actively looking to move. In addition to listing it on all the main property portals, your home will be offered to a private list of pre-qualified buyers.

 

Are you buying?

There’s so much choice when you start looking for a new home to buy! Are you struggling to find time to go on viewings and looking for a home online? No one to look after the kids while you are viewing properties?

 

I can help you with that. At the initial meeting, we will decide on the exact criteria you are looking for in your new home. I will shortlist all the potential properties on the market for you, conduct viewings for you to further filter problematic houses and create virtual tours so you can look through them at the comfort of your home, without wasting time.

 

Is there a specific street or area that you want or need to move to? I have tools to target homes that are not on the market with ‘Direct to Vendor’ marketing strategies.
