Our History

When, in 1935, Aldershot’s Walter Herrington and Camberley’s Graham Carmichael merged their legal practices, giving us the name we are now known for, the concept of a ‘one stop-shop’ law firm was common on every high street.

The high street and client needs have changed over the years, we now provide an increasingly specialist legal practice – with dedicated experts operating at the forefront of their individual areas of law. Whether we are working with a business or private clients, we are proud of our practical, deep understanding and professional teams in each of the legal disciplines. We are now based on Watchmoor Park in Camberley, where we are proud to be the largest law firm in Camberley and therefore the largest law firm in Surrey Heath.

The cost of Family Law advice

We offer an initial consultation to discuss your case with one of our family lawyers – one hour at £250 plus VAT. The £250 will be credited against your first invoice upon instruction.
