Child related matters include: Child Arrangements orders and agreements, Children Act orders, Parental Responsibility, Abduction, Adoption, Special Guardianship, Social Services involvement, Change of Name Deeds, Child maintenance, disputes over schooling and other issues within the catchment of ‘children’s matters’. An example of this is helping to create an agreement of time split between parents post separation and what each parent will allow, and any concerns can be dealt with within proceedings to make decision legally binding.
