About Us
Ash Family Law, is a legal consultancy service set up in February 2023 providing professional, strategic and bespoke advice to individuals on marriage and relationship breakdown.
The founder of Ash Family is Ash Hussain, a consultant family solicitor who is 18 years qualified. She is recommended by name in the Legal 500. Ash is passionate about family law and navigates family transition with compassion and negotiation to minimise costs, conflict and distress for her clients.
Ash is calm in her manner, straight talking, and provide clear, pragmatic and practical advice to her clients. Her expertise allows her to listen empathetically and without judgement to understand the issues in a case. Financial claims in divorce

Children Law

A party can also apply for an occupation order, which is a type of injunction that regulates who can, or cannot live in the home or certain parts of it.
