Banana and Ginger Smoothie
Recently after a recent operation and a load of pain killers I haven’t been feeling hungry and when I do eat it tends to make me feel a little sick. I have looked in to what herbs and spices are good for nausea and of course I should have remembered that Ginger is great for nausea. I remember trying to force Ginger biscuits down my throat whilst I was experiencing “Morning sickness”. I also found that Ginger is has other great health benefits too.
