AAA Women’s Fitness – Running Group
Mummy Health & Fitness Groups in Falkirk
The running group is an 5k improvement group – which involves interval, hill, endurance and strength training.
It is aimed for women who are looking to improve their 5k time or build up to complete a 10k run.
The duration of each session will be 45 mins – 1 hour.
Cost: £1:50 per session.

In the new year there will be 2 running groups;
??♀️ 8am: Intermediate group – for women who are looking to improve their 5k time or build up to complete a 10k run at the end of 10 weeks.
??♀️ 9am: Beginner group – for women who want to start running and want to challenge themselves to complete a 5k at the end of 10 weeks.
