About Birth and Babies

Established in 2015, we specialise in offering welcoming group antenatal courses, private 1-2-1 classes and early postnatal support to expecting parents in Norfolk and North Suffolk. As local, experienced NCT and KGHypnobirthing trained antenatal teachers, our classes are packed full of current, evidence-based information and practical tips layered with specific details about birthing and early parenting in Norfolk.

Learn everything you need to know about labour, all types of birth and how to care for and milk-feed your newborn. Feel more prepared and confident, have your questions answered, make friends with others expecting at a similar time and benefit from chatting about all things birth and baby!

During a 16 hour course, we’ll prepare you practically, physically and emotionally for birth and parenting. Group courses include a reunion once all the babies are born and you’ll benefit from our support and reassurance throughout.

We’ve won ‘Best Pregnancy Class/Service in Norfolk’ two years in a row and regularly receive 5* rated reviews and referrals from previous clients and midwives.

As highly trained, experienced and licensed birth educators we can help! Our classes are designed to complement the education and support that midwives provide. We know some couples are keen to extend their knowledge or would prefer small groups which offer an opportunity to make life-long friends and where time can be spent discussing what matters to them.
