Learn or improve tumbling skills and develop tricks such as cartwheels, handstands, walk overs and much more. Increase flexibility, strength, balance, stamina and general fitness as well as doing group and partner tricks and lifts. This class will feed into current dance and Cheerleading training or if interested in developing their floor work element of gymnastics, no previous experience necessary.
