Aspire To Birth is a hypnobirthing and antenatal education business. But we are not just a business, we are an inclusive community. And we are proud to be LGBTQ+ inclusive.
At Aspire To Birth we use the KGH method which is accredited by The Royal College of Midwives.
Our hypnobirthing and antenatal education courses are available in person or online. The full course is 10-12hrs, made up of 3hr sessions, held over a four week period.
We offer one to one sessions and group sessions (max 5 couples)
Ranging from £190 – £260
We also offer one hour pregnancy relaxation classes to help you bond with your baby. Classes from £7.50
