Come along and learn the wonderful lifelong skill of baby massage in a relaxing and welcoming environment. Baby Massage is so beneficial for bonding and can help soothe and ease colic, teething, reflux and constipation. It can also help to calm and relax your baby, perfect for sleep routines. I have been a Certified International Association of Infant Massage Instructor for over 7 years and a Nursery Officer for 21 years and also hold an Advanced Baby Practioner diploma. The IAIM is the largest, longest standing and the only association dedicated solely to baby massage in the world. The IAIM training is second to none which is reflected throughout my courses. Come along and meet new friends and enjoy a wonderful bonding time with your baby. No need to worry if your baby is sleeping, I have special massage dolls to practice on so you will never miss out. Your babies lead the sessions so feel free to feed, change or let them sleep. Free refreshments and cake are also provided at each class. I am also trained in Makaton Baby Signing so why not learn some fun songs to sing with your baby during the sessions.

I run courses in the Hornchurch area for babies between 0-1 years (pre-crawling). Currently the classes are running from 12.45-1.45pm on Thursday at Tesco’s Roneo Corner with free parking. The group courses are 5 weeks and you will receive a bottle of top grade cold pressed 100% organic oil, a fully illustrated IAIM strokes booklet and a certificate of completion all for an exceptional price. On completion of the course you will also receive a special weather massage handout to use as your baby gets older only available from an IAIM Instructor. I also demonstrate how to massage your baby throughout their different stages of development from newborn to school age. I only use top grade cold pressed organic oils and offer a choice of oil incase of any skin allergies/reactions.
