There is so much information available on baby and child sleep issues that it is easy to get lost in a sea of advice and opinions. When you are starting to feel the impacts of sleep deprivation, it is particularly hard to pin point where any problems lie and in particular, what will work best for you, your baby and family on finding a long term solution.
I support parents through these experiences by designing personalised sleep plans and suggesting approaches that ensure the needs of both the parents and their child are met.
Each child is unique and problems with sleep can occur at any stage of childhood. With this in mind, each of my sleep plans reflect the circumstances and parenting preferences of the family I am working with.
