Come and join other new mums and their babies, to work out in the park. Using your own body weight, the buggy as a prop and the expanse of green, the class gives you both a cardio and strength workout.
If the time/ location doesn’t work for you, but you have a group of friends you’d like to do a session with then I can arrange to do additional times – just let me know.
I also offer personal training should you want to work out in the comfort of your own home/garden.
