Bring your baby to this Pilates mat based class. Rehabilitate your body, strengthen your core, work on your mind body connection and feel lighter and more flexible with this low impact class.
Mondays, 12.15pm, Flamingo Centre, Southmead road
Fresh air fun:
Come and join other new mums and their babies, to work out in the park. Using your own body weight, the buggy as a prop and the expanse of green, the class gives you both a cardio and strength workout.
Location/time tbc, but in a park near Henleaze/ Westbury on Trym.
If you have a group of friends you’d like to do a session with then I can arrange to do a specific time/location for you
