Is scar therapy for me?
– C section scar therapy can be beneficial even years after birth.
– C section scar therapy can help to reduce overhang, reduce numbness and help with hip and back pain.
– C section scars must be fully healed, approx. 6-8 weeks postpartum.
– Scars can take up to 2 years to mature, it is never too late to start massage techniques.

Face to face personal training – 1 hour PAYG £40 (block payments available to reduce hourly rate)
