Baby and Toddler Yoga is a fun, interactive, stimulating course which includes a wide range of different techniques that can be designed to suit the needs of each baby or toddler through their own individual development.
Course covers:
Gentle body strokes
Yoga moves adapted to babies – mini twists, mini stretches, swings, dips, upper and lower body movements, diagonal movements
Playful moves using song and rhymes
Parent, baby and toddler relaxations
Positions and hold to aid head control, sitting, crawling, standing, early steps, first jumps and balances
Booking essential as limited places.
Accredited, insured, qualified primary school teacher and first aider.
