Baby and Toddler Yoga classes are fun, interactive and stimulating featuring a wide range of different practices that can be adapted to suit the needs of each baby or toddler through their own individual development.
Course covers:
Gentle body strokes
Yoga moves adapted to babies and toddlers – mini twists, mini stretches,swings, dips, upper and lower body movements and diagonal movements
Gentle stretches for parents
Playful moves using songs and rhymes
Parent and baby relaxations
Positions and holds to aid head control, sitting, crawling, standing, early steps, first jumps and balances
Limited spaces so booking is essential
Accredited, fully insured, qualified primary school teacher and first aider
