The programme is called Beautiful Breastfeeding, and we talk about how to prepare for birth and breastfeeding, how to establish breastfeeding in the early hours and days after giving birth, how to sustain breastfeeding for as long as you choose, and how to avoid painful breastfeeding.
We also talk about other topics such as tongue and lip ties, expressing, bottle feeding, the crying and unsettled baby, what to do in case of mother and baby separation at birth, and more!
