Hello, I am Vikki (she/her) an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor and I retired from midwifery practice, as a senior midwife in 1999.
I have over 30yrs of experience, supporting new parents’ baby feeding journeys both before and after their baby’s arrival, here in the UK and overseas.
I am here to support you, I will work to inform and empower you, to move towards achieving your baby feeding goals. The information I share is up to date, evidence based and I feel it is important to support all methods of baby feeding and am aware that each parent, baby, family, and baby feeding journey is unique. I would like to highlight, that although I am experience in identifying and working with babies that have a tight frenulum (a tongue tie) that is affecting their feeding. I am NOT a tongue tie practitioner and therefore, am unable to perform frenulotomies.
The services I offer are within the comfort of your own home, online or by telephone. I can offer you as much time and you need to share your story and we can then create personalised one to one feeding plan for you to move you towards your baby feeding goals.
