I offer antenatal classes, covering pregnancy, labour and birth, and also cover early days with your baby. I also offer breast and infant feeding education, baby first aid classes and provide breastfeeding support. We can meet one to one or classes can be in groups. Breastfeeding support is in the comfort of your own home. Partners are welcome to classes. I qualified as a midwife and I’m a birth rocks mentor. Classes run in helensburgh but able to travel anywhere local. Online classes coming soon. Please see my Facebook and Instagram for more information on classes, dates and times.
