The ultimate mummy fitness workout. The best bit? Your baby comes too! Our Buggy Fitness & Bootcamp classes are designed to burn up to 500 calories in short sharp bursts – giving you a great all over body workout.
Enjoy 45 minutes of invigorating outdoor exercise and the company of other new mums. We’ll get your heart racing as you power-walk, jog through parks, do push-ups against trees, run up and down steps, and most importantly, have fun! All fitness levels are welcome – you work at your own pace to gradually increase your fitness.
In each session you work to your own ability, increasing your fitness and stamina week on week. All classes take place outdoors come rain or shine so please bring with you a bottle of water, layered clothes so you can strip off and warm up /cool down, a towel and baby/little one in buggy.
