Bee fit throughout your pregnancy with our antenatal fitness classes. Both Pilates and Yoga classes will help you stay in shape throughout your pregnancy and have been specially designed so that expecting mums-to-be can safely exercise with others in a comfortable and social environment. Come and see for yourself how these gentle exercises can help strengthen, tone and prepare you for birth.
Our club offers two weekly in-person pregnancy classes in Twickenham: Our Mums to Bee Pregnancy Pilates class, which takes place at St. Margaret’s Church in Twickenham (opposite St. Margaret’s train station) on Wednesday evenings at 6:45pm and our Mums to Bee Pregnancy Yoga class, which takes place at The Crossway, next to St Stephen’s Church (near Marple Hill Park) on Saturdays at 9:30am.
Both classes are suitable from around 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards, right up to just before birth (provided you are feeling mobile enough and are having a smooth pregnancy with no complications). The classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including for those who are new to Pilates and Yoga or haven’t done any other exercise during pregnancy. Our lovely prenatal specialist instructors will ensure you are very well looked after during the class.
As a Busylizzy member you will also be invited to a variety of social activities providing lots of opportunities to meet local new and expectant mums, as well as talks and workshops. We’re an all-in-one club designed to make your pregnancy and maternity extra special!
