Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga. It can increase energy levels and help you connect with your growing baby, giving you confidence in your body’s natural ability to give birth. The combination of breathing, relaxation techniques and postures will create inner balance to help overcome any challenges during pregnancy, labour, birth or motherhood.
This is a tailored pregnancy class, especially designed for ‘mums to be’ from around 14 weeks to birth. Classes help you throughout your pregnancy and towards your preparation for birth. Each class includes relaxation and breathing techniques to help you during labour; incorporate a range of physical movements and poses to help relieve common pregnancy ailments whilst strengthening your body and increasing flexibility. Each class leaves you feeling calm and relaxed. Bliss!
