Cavern Tots is a free group aimed at young parents and families under the age of 25 in order to best support them, be able to provide signposting to relevant support services, and to give them the chance to build community and establish networks within their local community that are going through similar lived experiences to themselves.
We provide a fun and new activity each week for the children and also ensure that we engage and support all parents who attend if they feel they require that.
We take place on a Thursday morning between the times of 11am until 12pm.
