Our Pilates for Two post-natal recovery classes are carefully designed by pre and post-natal exercise specialists to help your body to recover safely and effectively.
⭐️ Restore tone and function to the pelvic floor muscles.
⭐️ Safely bring the abdominal muscles back together to prevent long term back and tummy problems.
⭐️ Correct the over-arched, aching lower back and rounded upper back.
⭐️ Learn safe lifting techniques while strengthening the core and legs ?- trust me, those car seats are a killer on your back!
⭐️ Upper body and arm exercises because that baby is only going to get heavier ?. It’s also great for milk production if you choose to breast feed.

Non crawling babies very welcome if you would like to bring them along. Mats and blankets provided.
