I’m a pre/ postnatal specialist personal trainer.
When I fell pregnant with my first daughter, I felt so lost with how to exercise and it was even worse after she arrived! I was keen to get moving again but I had absolutely no idea how. There were so many questions, which at a vulnerable time, left me feeling very lost.
I knew then that I had to help other women avoid feeling the way I did. I retrained and specialised in pregnancy and postnatal personal training, which has brought me to here!
I have a beautiful, private studio in South East London for anyone who would prefer to train in person. Babies are also welcome 🙂. I offer a free first session.
I also have an app for anyone further afield or who would prefer it to in person. It’s also more budget friendly! The first 2 weeks are completely free.
