Crib Notes Choir is a friendly, non-auditioned community choir created specially for parents, particularly those with young children – all parents are welcome, no singing experience required, please feel free to bring your little ones with you!
Being a parent, especially a first-time parent or with young children, can be challenging and isolating. Singing has huge mental, physical and emotional benefits, all of which are amplified when you sing as part of a group.
Additionally, Crib Notes Choir offers a supportive and flexible space which you can enjoy with your little one, while also meeting other local parents and creating a community; letting someone else lead for an hour; doing something fun and relaxing; filling your cup so you are able to be your best for your little one.
There are also many bonus benefits for your little one when they join our sessions regularly – including musical, social and general development. We also find they engage with the music and really enjoy being in the space. We provide a mat, bring your own toys!
We rehearse at:
The Pavilion in South Park Gardens in Wimbledon on Tuesdays at 11.15am.
The Bedford Pub in Balham on Wednesdays at 10.30am.
Beckenham Place Mansion in Beckenham on Thursdays at 1pm.
The Great Southern Pub in Crystal Palace on Fridays at 11am.
Rehearsals are an hour. Come for a £5 taster session, and to join up, pay a one-off membership fee of £25, and a £32/monthly subscription.
