Dance Flow Tots and Dance Flow Ballet Tots are fun dance classes for 2 to 4 year olds, based in Chichester at Boxgrove Village Hall.
We incorporate stretching our muscles to warm up and dance to fun funky music and songs using exciting props. This helps to build confidence, spacial awareness, fine and gross motor skills, a brilliant chance to bond and have fun with your child and so much more.
We finish off with special relaxing lights and music and calm our body and minds by using breathing techniques which can come in useful throughout your child’s life. Our ballet classes follow a similar style but is also a great, simple introduction to the world of ballet.
Classes are £5.50 each and booked termly. First class is free.
