Come and dance your way to fitness! Combining dance, aerobics and high intensity interval training (HIIT) into one high energy session!
Time seems to fly by, especially for mums and dads who don’t get as much ‘me’ time as they’d like. Dance Fusion is only 45 minutes, so easy to squeeze into an evening after the kids go to bed. It’s high intensity, but you choose your own level, it really is your class.
Each month, the dance cardio section will be influenced by a different genre of music, so who knows, you may even pick up a few moves to impress your kids with :-). The HIIT section uses bodyweight only, so you can do these moves at home during the week.
Note: 23rd and 30th November 2016 are the last sessions this year. We will return on Wednesday 4 January 2017 to get rid of all that Christmas dinner (and dessert!)
