Introducing my signature package, designed to support you every step of the way for 4 weeks as we transform your child’s sleep habits (for little ones over 6 months old). This comprehensive service is available for £350.
Sleep Workshops for groups
These sessions can be hosted online or in person (location permitting) for groups of 6 or more, and are packed with practical advice for pre/postnatal parents. For just £20 per person, you'll get a one-hour session filled with valuable insights—45 minutes of engaging discussion, followed by 15 minutes dedicated to your questions.
5 Day Sleep Academy
I currently offer 4 Sleep Academies tailored for adults, babies, toddlers, and school-aged children. Each 5-Day Sleep Academy delivers quick, daily videos (just 10-15 minutes each), packed with practical solutions to tackle the most common sleep challenges. Please get in touch to find out more.
