Buggy Runners is a fun outdoor fitness workout where your little one comes along too – perfect for mums wanting to get back in shape. It’s designed to get your heart rate up, combining power walking with lunges, squats and work with resistance bands. There’s a bit of running for those who want to, but you don’t need to be super fit – or have a special buggy!
We meet in all weathers. Please wear trainers and bring along water and a towel or mat for abdominal work.
