These postnatal classes focus on helping new mums slowly recover from their pregnancy and labour, strengthening the body from the inside out. There is an emphasis on regaining strength in your abdominal muscles, pelvic floor and back. We will also help you to stretch out and release any tension in the body.
As all births are so different, we will tailor the exercises to suit individual needs. Our teachers are specialised in working with postnatal clients.
The Mother & Baby classes are suitable for babies from six weeks to pre-crawling and we have a maximum of ten mums with their babies in a class. Babies will lie next to you on a mat throughout the class, or sit in a car seat/carry cot if that is preferable. Please feel free to feed, change or soothe your baby at anytime during the session.
