Our friendly and relaxed classes will help with all aspects of postnatal recovery, as well as providing the opportunity to meet other new mums. It’s a great way to get in shape without needing a babysitter! We will introduce you to a series of yoga postures which will help you regain strength in your body and ease any postnatal stiffness. Part of the class is dedicated to Baby Yoga so your little one can benefit too! We usually end with a period of relaxation.
The Mother & Baby classes are suitable for babies from six weeks to pre-crawling and we have a maximum of ten mums with their babies in a class. Babies will lie next to you on a mat throughout the class, or sit in a car seat/carry cot if that is preferable. Please feel free to feed, change or soothe your baby at anytime during the session.
