Pilates is a wonderfully gentle but effective form of exercise during pregnancy. Our teachers are specialised in working with prenatal clients. We will guide you through a range of exercises suitable for your relevant trimester, helping to strengthen your body and pelvic floor, ease stiff joints and aching muscles, reduce back pain and encourage relaxation.
No prior experience of Pilates is needed and classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy right up until the birth of your baby. You are welcome to come and try a class to see if you enjoy it. All equipment is provided.
