Prompt and appropriate First aid saves lives, reduces pain and suffering and can save you a trip to hospital!

First Aid for Life is an Award Winning fully regulated First Aid Training provider, our trainers are highly experienced medical, health and emergency services professionals who will tailor the training to your needs.
Courses are available online as interactive training consisting of videos, infographics, step by step directions and test yourself sections. You have full access for an entire year and can stop and start as often as you like. Also available as open courses for individuals or we can come to you and run a bespoke course for you and your family and friends in your own home.

The First Aid for Babies and Toddlers courses are extremely popular and as parents ourselves, we ensure we cover all the common first aid emergencies and empower you with confidence to help when it really matters. We have been running our successful business since 2007 and so you are in good hands.

Our courses are extremely practical and we have ample mannequins to enable loads of hands-on experience.
