Learn the optimal movements to strengthen your body post pregnancy and meet other Mums to help keep you motivated after a broken nights sleep! Led by a pregnancy & post-natal exercise specialist this class will educate and empower you with the most up to date movements and techniques.
You will be able to take the knowledge outside of the class to enhance your results.
Once you have done your exercise it’s time for your little one! So why not take advantage of our 0-4 year olds drop in splash swimming session afterwards! £8 for both.
