Having had one baby (and currently 37 weeks pregnant with my second!) I know how confusing exercising during pregnancy can be – which is why I created the pregnancy fitness course.
It’s a specialist pregnancy fitness class that is suitable for all trimesters and fitness levels and will work you top to toe – focusing on all the essential areas to keep your strong during pregnancy and prepare you for optimal postnatal recovery.
