From Bump and Beyond Fitness provide a wide variety of exercise classes for during pregnancy, from 12 weeks and from a minimum of 6 weeks post baby.
Led by a fully qualified pre and postnatal fitness specialist.
Classes on offer include buggyfitness, pilates and pregnancy fitness as well as workshops on building core strength.
Whether you are pregnant, a new mum or a grandma everyone is welcome to attend and you don’t need to worry about childcare as babies are welcome too.
