Gymnastics Trafford Gymfants classes

The gymfants classes at George H Carnall Leisure Centre are a combination of gymnastics and trampolining for pre-school aged children. The class is parent assisted with British Gymnastics qualified coaches on the trampolines and floor to guide the children in the new skills that they will learn. The class aims to improve balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility in the little ones whilst learning some of the basic gymnastic and trampolining skills.
