Make your baby’s birth beautiful! Happy Mama provides hypnobirthing classes in Wigan and all over the North West. Online services also available.

Courses/workshops:

• Private KGHypnobirthing Course (£245 per couple) – 12 hour course held in the comfort of your own home.
• Group KGHypnobirthing Course (£200 per couple) – 12 hour course held in a relaxing yoga space **NEXT GROUP COURSE SEPTEMBER 2025** (13th, 20th, 27th September & 4th October)
• Online KGHypnobirthing Course (£220 per couple) – 12 hour course held over Zoom, from anywhere in the world!
• ‘The Essentials’ Hypnobirthing Workshop (£75 per couple) – For those limited on time but want to make the birth of their baby as positive as possible, held in person or online. 3 hrs.
• ‘The Refresher’ Hypnobirthing Workshop (£75 per couple) – For those who have previously learnt hypnobirthing and want a refresher for a subsequent birth, held in person or online. 3 hrs.
• ‘The Positive Caesarean’ Hypnobirthing Workshop (£75 per couple) – For those planning a caesarean birth – how to make it as gentle and beautiful as possible. 3 hrs.
• PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION – (£180) Pills to support your hormonal journey postpartum. Discreet in-person collection of placenta within 24 hours of birth, return of capsules sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery within 3 days.

Group courses are held at The Den Yoga Studio, Wigan, WN1 1XN. Usually on Saturday mornings!

Hypnobirthing courses/workshops suitable from 20 weeks pregancy.

Private/online courses can be held at times that suit you. Evenings/weekends available.

12 hour courses are generally held over 4 sessions (3 hours per session).
