Hold offers wellbeing support and sharing circles for parents and parents-to-be. 

Our circles are safe and sacred spaces for you to connect to ​yourself and find your identity whilst connecting with other ​parents and your child/ren.

We offer award-winning Before Birth and Beyond Birth mindful parenting groups, parent relaxation groups, parent and baby groups, family wellbeing events and baby massage classes. We run online classes and in-person groups in Coventry at different times and rates throughout the year so support is accessible for everyone.

Everything you’ll find has been created to give parents ​and caregivers space to ease the transition to parenthood ​and to help you navigate parenting- one of the most ​challenging and transformative times in human life.

I found pregnancy and early parenting hard. I created Hold to support parents who feel the same. I needed a space to explore my feelings, a safe space to meet other likeminded parents and time to find out who I was.
When my daughter was 2, I trained as a Perinatal Wellbeing Practitioner to tailor my skills to parents; combined with my 13 years experience working in mental health services (Mind, Samaritans, NHS) I have created an offer with something for everyone.

Our Services Include:
-Online Monthly relaxation sessions suitable for all parents, caregivers and pregnant people
-Online Mindful Pregnancy course/sessions suitable at any stage of pregnancy
-Online Mindful Early Parenting course/sessions (for parent/caregivers with babies aged 0-2yrs)
-Baby Massage COMING SOON (Online and in Coventry)
-Evening Retreats for Parents/Pregnant people in Coventry
-Family Wellbeing Days in Coventry
