Welcome, I am a trained Hypnobirthing Teacher and Clinical Hypnotherapist that offers couples one to one course in the comfort of your own home or in small groups in each others houses.
Courses are tailored to each lady, were you learn lots of things Antenatal things, we do this in a informative and with fun. I encourage birth partners to take part, in order that they play an important part of the birthing.
I have taught lots of women to birth in a confident and calm manner, giving them the control of their birth, babies and choice.
