We laugh, sing, stretch and connect getting the balance between a physical class for you and entertaining and interacting with your baby. We work on Post Natal recovery of the pelvic floor, abdominals and whole body, as well as breathwork and even relaxation at the end. This class is always such a joy and you will meet a gorgeous group of local Mums who often go for a cuppa after class.
