Small friendly group.These classes are proving to be extremely popular and I am really loving teaching them. I see big changes over the weeks and the Mums tell me babies are definitely more relaxed and sleep better after yoga. It really is a lovely thing to do with your baby and can have a profound effect on physical and mental health as well as the overall well- being of you both. It is a great way to increase the bond that you both have and gives you some special time out to share together. The classes are relaxed and fun, crying babies are expected on occasions and not a problem.It is O.K if you and your baby do not manage to join in with the whole class every time. Its about listening to your body and your baby’s needs. We begin class with some gentle breathing, relaxation and stretching for you. Then some baby yoga and massage, which the babies love! We will then explore some yoga postures for Mum and also some fun partner poses for you and baby to build strength, balance and flexibility – in body, mind and life!
