Our Loving Your Bump aqua natal yoga classes have been devised in association with the Birthlight Organisation adapting classic yoga moves specifically for pregnant women in water.
Aqua natal yoga is a very gentle yet effective form of exercise for pregnant women allowing them to stretch and exercise using the warmth and buoyancy of the water to prevent over straining or overheating. It is suitable from week 14 of your pregnancy and accessible to all irrespective of previous yoga or swimming experience.
Classic yoga poses are adapted using fluid floating stretches and rotations with deep breathing and the warm water providing a soothing environment facilitating relaxation and positivity.
Come along to our lovely private warm water pool at the Little Dippers swim centre in the north laine, Brighton where we will create a beautifully relaxed environment for you to enjoy taking the weight off your feet with yoga moves to help alleviate those common aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
