Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation Course suitable from 14 weeks to birth. No previous yoga experience is required and all equipment is provided.
It’s important in pregnancy to nurture yourself and this course allows you the time to do this, as well as giving you precious time to bond with your baby. The classes also provide a great opportunity to meet other mums-to-be in a friendly and supportive environment.
The course is designed to:
• Promote good posture
• Stretch and strengthen the body
• Provide techniques to help alleviate some common pregnancy ailments
• Promote relaxation and more restful sleep
• Develop breathing techniques
• Explore positions for labour
The course is also suitable for women suffering with PGP/SPD.
Class sizes are limited so all places must be booked in advance.
