I am a board certified Lactation consultant (IBCLC) and infant sleep coach. Supporting families in and around the Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire borders with home visits for breastfeeding, combination feeding or formula feeding at any stage of your feeding journey.

I also provide holistic sleep coaching – with any sleep challenges from birth to 3 years. Sleep coaching has an attachment focused and nurturing approach that provides an alternative to traditional sleep training methods. No cry it out/ controlled crying or going against your instincts to nurture and support your little one! My values are to provide individualised, nurturing and empowering support, that recognises you and your baby as the unique people that you are. There are never ‘one size fits all’ solutions to feeding or sleep needs with our little ones, so I support you to find the right approaches for you and your wonderful family.
