Baby Yoga involves you learning a series of stretches, poses and movements which will enhance your baby’s physiological and psychological development and deepen the parental bond. Other key benefits are:
Improves relaxation
Helps balance, coordination and motor control
Strengthens baby’s body and develops reflexes
Improves learning and social development
Improves muscle development.
There are some very mild stretches for parents but are not too complicated or intense.
