In these classes we do a mixture of movements where the focus is on building a strong foundation with the pelvic floor, being aware of any diastasis recti (separated stomach muscles) and working to reduce it, putting good habits in place so for everyday life and awareness when returning to regular exercise. We also do movements, songs and massage for the babies and include them in our exercise where appropriate.
