Mum & Baby Yoga Course in Downend.
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, 8 weeks after Cesarean until baby is on the move.
In these classes we do a mixture of movements where the focus is on healing and building a strong foundation with the pelvic floor, being aware of any diastasis recti (separated stomach muscles) and working to reduce it, putting good habits in place so for everyday life and awareness when returning to regular exercise.
Ease aches and pains and take some time to tune into your body and bond with your baby.
We also do movements, songs and massage for the babies and include them in our exercise where appropriate.
