Day time Mum and Baby Postnatal Yoga Classes.
Run over 6 or 8 week courses, during term time.
Suitable from 6 weeks vaginal birth or 8 weeks if you had a c-section until your baby is on the mover.
It’s a good idea to get the all clear from your doctor first before starting – be sure to ask them to check if you have Diastasis Reci (separated tummy muscles) before you begin.
Please try to schedule any baby jabs at least a few days before your class as it can take a few days for them to feel ok again and be ready for class.
Classes are creative and varied using all aspects of yoga practice – leaving you feeling calm, whole & complete – ready to go back and face the world again! The perfect and needed bit of time out for women everywhere, at any stage of life. Many of our postnatal mums do progress onto this class to deepen and continue their practice – contact us to see if you might be ready.

To guarantee your spot at some of our busier class we recommend you book ahead online? And to make it cheaper you can buy a pass for our full course.
I would be grateful if you can make it 5 -10 mins before class start so we can start on time. I understand traffic and public transport is a nightmare so if you are late don’t panic you can still join us.

The on-line booking system which is self managed, therefore you can amend your booking accordingly.
We politely require at least 12-24 hrs notice to cancel your space for classes, so it can be allocated to the next person on our Waiting List. Otherwise you will be charged as if attended. If you do have an emergency and need to cancel within this 12 hr window, please contact your teacher directly.

WHAT YOU NEED
Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a pillow, blanket and muslin cloth for you and baby.
Bring some water
You are able to feed and change your babies during class.
We have mats, but if you have your own mats, feel free to bring it along with you.
