PREGNANCY YOGA & RELAXATION CLASSES
Time for you each week to stretch, relax and connect with other pregnant mums. Learn how to strengthen your body during pregnancy, stretch out any aches and pains, get useful techniques to help during pregnancy and labour and ways to relax your body and mind.
Classes are available on Wednesday evenings in St Neots or Thursday evenings in Biggleswade. £45for 5 sessions.
